Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko noted that it is considered necessary to systematize all state and departmental information systems (currently there are “many” in Russia) and create an accounting register (GIS).
Grigorenko directed the Key Digital Transformation Projects Subcommittee to discuss the requirements for the creation of all new GIS and departmental information systems.
National projects and regional strategic development plans
At the meeting, Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev gave a report on the progress of the national plan “Digital Economy”, which will be implemented in 2024. According to the minister, at present, the cash implementation of the current year’s budget is generally ahead of schedule. A total of 44 departments are involved in the implementation of the current state program. On behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, they must assess the risks of implementation results by August 15 and take measures for timely and correct implementation.
The meeting noted that in order to “meet the parameters of the national project”, it is necessary to coordinate with the strategic development plans of the subjects of the Russian Federation, so it is planned to hold the next meeting of the subcommittee by the regional leaders. The Ministry of Digital Development has been instructed to develop unified requirements for regional digital transformation programs.
Dmitry Grigorenko also instructed to connect the regions to the state analytical system “Administration” so that all actors involved in the implementation of state projects have access to a single information base.
